Bestfriends vs. Lust

So I'm kinda trying to date/get to know a guy my best friend likes/use to like. My best friend is in a relationship with a guy already and has been for a few months now. And its one of those they see each other 6 days a week relationships so he's pretty occupied. But for some reason I still feel a little guilty about not telling my friend what's going on but on the other hand he can't put people on lay-a-way.

Oh did I mention the guy I like "John" is kinda seeing someone too. I know this is bad all around but John and his boyfriend are in one of those 'we brake up every week things so I hardly think that counts as a real relationship.

John came over for the first time about a week ago for dinner and a movie. I made dinner he brought the movie...lol...such a man. Anyway dinner went well despite me dropping pasta in my lap...But the movie was even better. John brought over like 6 horror movies and I scare easily so we decided to see Saw 3. I decided earlier that I wasn't going to make any moves on him unless he did first...and THANK GOD he did!

So here's how it happen I was sitting on the couch with my legs up on the couch...he was sitting next to me just regular...feet on the floor and such. So he grabbed my legs and laid them across them and rested his hands on my thighs as we watched the movie. When I would jump from being scared he would kinda rub my legs and tell me it was ok...Aww that was so sweet. Then we will began playing with each others hands just touching each others hand holding hands just feeling each other touch and making a connection. It was very intimate to be full clothed.

After the movie he prepared to leave and we hugged once by the sofa and again I was going to be good...but as we approached the door we hugged again and I decided a kiss on the CHEEK wouldn't hurt and so I went in for the kill but to my happy surprise he turned his head and our lips met. No tongue or spit exchange but just nice soft lips...it was perfect!

So this is the kicker in talking to him later that night he had told my best friend he was coming over for dinner and my best friend made him PROMISE that he would not be trifling and try anything with because of what they had done. Interesting...I mean he's in a relationship with a guy he claims he loves...It isn't fair he can't put people on lay-a-way.

Anyway our second dinner "date" is in a couple days so I can;t wait to see how it goes!
